DRIVING UPDATE - ROAD CONSTRUCTION - ADDED FEBRUARY 2010

Effective from 16 Feb and continuing until 17 July 2010 the bridge between Dresden and Trinway will be CLOSED for REPLACEMENT.  This will necessitate a change of route for most people attempting to reach Prospect Place.  

If coming from the Zanesville area on Ohio 60 you should continue PAST the last light in Dresden and proceed two miles north to the light at Ohio 60 and Raiders Road.

At the light take a RIGHT onto Raiders Road and proceed until it ends on North Dresden Road (a.k.a. County Road 706).

At the intersection of Raiders and North Dresden take a right at the stop sign.  Continue approximately two miles through the town of Trinway.  We are the last building on the left as you leave town.  Look for our large sign along the road on the left.

If coming from the Columbus area on Ohio 16 take the Dresden/Warsaw exit.  Turn right at the bottom of the ramp.  Go to the light at Raiders Road and Ohio 60.  Turn left onto Raiders Road and proceed until it ends on North Dresden Road (a.k.a. County Road 706).

If coming from the Coshocton area on Ohio 16 proceed until you reach the Dresden/Warsaw exit.  Take a left at the bottom of the ramp.

Go to the light at Raiders Road and Ohio 60.  Turn left onto Raiders Road and proceed until it ends on North Dresden Road (a.k.a. County Road 706).

For persons coming from either direction on Ohio 16 it is possible to access North Dresden Road directly from 16 but is not recommended as the intersection is easy to miss and somewhat dangerous.  We recommend following the instructions above.

Driving instructions from Zanesville:

Take Route 60 north from Zanesville approximately 11 miles to Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn at the light (right) onto Dave Longaberger Ave and proceed to Main Street.  Turn left at the light and go north on old Rte 60 (Main Street) one mile.  Prospect Place will be on your right.

From Coshocton:

Take Route 16 west until you arrive at the Dresden / Warsaw exit.  Turn left onto Rte 60 and proceed through the first light.  Continue for about two miles until you reach Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn left at the light and continue on Longaberger Ave to Main Street.  Take a left at the light on Main and proceed  1/2 mile north of Dresden.   Prospect Place will be the first house on the right before you enter Trinway. 

From Newark:

Take Route 16 east to the Dresden / Warsaw exit.  Turn right onto Rte 60, proceed through the first light.  Continue for about two miles until you reach Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn left at the light and continue on Longaberger Ave to Main Street.  Take a left at the light on Main and proceed  1/2 mile north of Dresden.   Prospect Place will be the first house on the right before you enter Trinway. 

From the Cleveland area:

Take Interstate 77 south until you reach the Newcomerstown exit (Route 36 west).  Route 36 west becomes Route 16 west in Coshocton.  Take Route 16 west until you arrive at the Dresden / Warsaw exit.  Turn left onto Rte 60 and proceed through the first light.  Continue for about two miles until you reach Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn left at the light and continue on Longaberger Ave to Main Street.  Take a left at the light on Main and proceed  1/2 mile north of Dresden.   Prospect Place will be the first house on the right before you enter Trinway. 

From the Columbus Area and Points West:

Take Route 161 east from New Albany (I-270) until it becomes route 16 east at Newark.  Take Route 16 east to the Dresden / Warsaw exit.  Turn right onto Rte 60, proceed through the first light.  Continue for about two miles until you reach Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn left at the light and continue on Longaberger Ave to Main Street.  Take a left at the light on Main and proceed  1/2 mile north of Dresden.   Prospect Place will be the first house on the right before you enter Trinway. 

Alternate route from the west:

Take I-70 east until you reach the Ohio Route 60 exit at Zanesville.  Follow Route 60 north as indicated above.

From the Cincinnati Area and Points South:

Take I-71 north to Columbus.  Get on I-270 east and drive until you reach the Ohio route 161 east exit at New Albany.  Take Route 161 east from New Albany (I-270) until it becomes route 16 east at Newark.  Take Route 16 east to the Dresden / Warsaw exit.  Turn right onto Rte 60, proceed through the first light.  Continue for about two miles until you reach Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn left at the light and continue on Longaberger Ave to Main Street.  Take a left at the light on Main and proceed  1/2 mile north of Dresden.   Prospect Place will be the first house on the right before you enter Trinway. 

Alternate route:

Take I-70 east from Columbus until you reach the Ohio Route 60 exit at Zanesville.  Follow Route 60 north until you reach Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.   Turn right at the light and continue on Longaberger Ave to Main Street.  Take a left at the light on Main and proceed  1/2 mile north of Dresden.   Prospect Place will be the first house on the right before you enter Trinway. 

From Western Pennsylvania and Points East:

Take I-76/I-70 west until it becomes I-70 west.  Take I-70 west to Zanesville, Ohio, and get off at the Maple Avenue exit (Route 60 north).  Take Route 60 north from Zanesville approximately 14 miles to Dave Longaberger Ave in Dresden.  Turn at the light (right) onto Dave Longaberger Ave and proceed to Main Street.  Turn left at the light and go north on old Rte 60 (Main Street) one mile.  Prospect Place will be on your right.
